A. Our company is located in the British Virgin Island on the mian      island of Tortola. Our store is pyhsically located at Port Purcell turn      off at the Port Purcell Roundabout, then turn right just past      Caribbean Cellars.

Q. How long has Parts and Power been in the Marine and      Power sulppies industry.?
A. Parts and Power has been serving the Caribbean for over 30      years.

Q. Do you service the merchandise you sell?
A. We offer not just top notch after sale service but factory trained      industry professionals who are constantly educated with the      latest in services techniques and service applications.

Q. Can i purchase merchandise from you even if i am in      another country?
A. Currently we can service any custmer from most countries around      the world however we exclusivly concentrate on serving the      Caribbean region. For oustside the caribbean, we have affilaites      who can deal with such orders and customer requests.

A. At current we accpet all major credit Cards, Cheque, Money      Order, Bank Drafts, Wire Transfer, Money Gram and here on our      web site Pay Pal. Please call if you payment is other than Credit      Card Or Check. Make all checks payable to Parts and Power LTD.

A. Our hours are as follows. Mondays 8:20 am - 5:00 pm
     Tuesday - Friday 8:00 am - 5 pm and Saturday's 8:30 am - 4 pm
