We have a service department comprised of 9 persons of which 8 are qualified engineers.
We have a 7 days/week call out service.
We are open 6 days/week, 12 months/year. We have never closed for "vacation" in over 19 years.

Critical silencer for quiet running.
Anti-condensation space heater for the generator end. Being so close to the ocean, the generator end is susceptible to moisture accumulation and corrosion. Anti-condensation heaters greatly extend its working life.
Large base mounted fuel tanks to give extended run times. Most of our tanks will supply 72 hours running time. Longer run time tanks are available in both single and double walled.
Marine grade aluminum Weather Enclosures, not steel.
Battery chargers.
Oil and coolant drain hoses to simplify service.
On Perkins powered units, the standard warranty is 2 years. Low cost Extended Warranties are available for up to 5 years.
Our control panels are off the shelf Deep Sea or Basler. Deep Sea is the industry standard. Basler is one of, if not the most pre-eminent manufacturers of generator controls in the world. The technology they use is commonly known and parts are readily accessible worldwide.
Installation.
Maintenance packages for hassle free operation.

Moulded case switches instead of contactors. These last longer, are maintenance free, can be opened or closed under load and will open before they destroy themselves on overload (unlike contactors).
Serviceable components. You don’t need to replace the entire switch if something goes wrong.
Options that can extend the life of the switch or cut down on overall costs, such as Surge Protection Device on Mains or Service Entrance capability to eliminate the need for a Mains Disconnect.
Low cost Nema 3R outdoor enclosures are available for all the ATS.
